Refund policy
All sales are final as a general rule. Due to the nature of used heavy equipment, we only accept returns in the following cases:
Eligible Returns:
- A documented mechanical defect not disclosed at the time of sale.
- Receipt of a unit different from the one agreed upon in the contract.
You have 14 days after receiving your equipment to request a return. To start a return, contact us at qozeem@konkordea.com with a documented mechanical inspection report proving the defect. The return address will be provided upon approval.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your equipment upon reception and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong unit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Equipment that has been operated, modified, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return. Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges If you received the wrong unit or there is a verified mechanical defect not disclosed at the time of sale, contact us at qozeem@konkordea.com to arrange a resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If the equipment is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU law. The equipment must be in the same condition as received, unused, and accompanied by all original documentation and proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at qozeem@konkordea.com.
